The Owl in the Tree provides childcare for preschool children, centered on being in the natural environment.
We care for and educate children aged from 2 to 5. We follow the core Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum adapted to an outdoor setting where fresh air, exposure to nature and physical activity are an integral part of learning.
Our day starts and finishes at Base Camp in the Village Hall in Liddington, Wiltshire. From there we venture to our outdoor environment where we fill the day with imagination, exploration, and play. Fixed structures provide warmth and shelter when we need it. Here children are able to play freely, have fun, and feel safe whilst learning through nature. We provide high quality experienced care, with a 1 - 5 ratio.
